At træne i fællesskab med andre, kan for mange give et ekstra skub på træningen og motivationen. For nogen er det opmuntringerne fra de andre deltagere, for nogen fællesskabet under og efter træningen, for nogen konkurrenceelementet “når hun kan ta de sidste 4, så kan jeg også”.

Jeg har stor og god erfaring med holdtræning og jeg tilbyder løbende holdtræningsforløb i mit indendørs træningsstudie på Kildebrønde Landevej 17-19 – og i perioder hvor vejret tillader det også udendørs på gårdspladsen på samme adresse.

Holdtræning kan være et rigtig godt supplement til fx personlig træning, men kan også sagtens stå alene.
