Jeg hedder Karina, er født i 1970 og bor i Greve med min kæreste Thomas. Jeg er oprindeligt uddannet i den finansielle sektor, men valgte i 2013 at skifte spor og arbejder nu 100% med det jeg brænder allermest for – nemlig at hjælpe mennesker med at nå deres mål indenfor kost og træning.

Jeg ved hvad det betyder, at ha den rette vejledning, sparring og opbakning på vejen mod målet, herunder også at blive udfordret på målet – og som din Personlig træner, Coach og Kostvejleder står jeg klar med min erfaring, viden og motivation til dig på din vej mod dit mål. Jeg har stor erfaring med både én-til en træning og træning i grupper/hold – og jeg har stor erfaring med at få utrænede i gang med træning – også selv om du måske aldrig har trænet før.

Jeg er nysgerrig og videns søgende og jeg holder mig opdateret både via læsestof, kurser og så får jeg også selv personlig træning og sparring ind i mellem – dette hos Jacob Beermann fra Maxer.dk

Mit udgangspunkt er, at vi træner og arbejder der hvor vi er – både mentalt og fysisk.

Det handler om balance.

Min erfaring er, at vi kan meget mere end vi tror. 🙂
